Vessel Readiness
Storm Safe assists mariners with storm readiness and heavy weather preparations, including but not limited to setting multiple anchors in storm patterns, checking and adding lines and chafing gear, removing sails and other canvas to minimize windage, securing loose items, and other tasks as needed
Storm Equipment
Storm Safe provides storm equipment to mariners at no cost, including anchors, chain, anchor line, foul weather gear, VHF radios, flares, personal emergency supplies, bailers, flashlights, whistles, and other emergency equipment as needed and available.
Mariner Educataion
Offered at no charge by industry experts, Storm Safe provides group and private instruction on storm resiliency and preparedness, along with emergency management operations and local emergency resource education.
